About Live Well Therapy of Salina 

At Live Well Therapy, we believe in helping children, families, and adults live well through compassion, connection, and evidence-based care. We are a well-established and respected practice based in Salina, Kansas — known for our focus on play therapy, trauma-informed care, and supportive family services. With a growing patient base and consistent referral demand, we are expanding our team to include a Telehealth Therapist to serve our clients virtually. 

About the Role 

This position is ideal for a therapist who loves the flexibility of telehealth but also values being part of a connected, supportive team. You’ll see clients through our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform while enjoying the benefits of our established reputation and fully supported infrastructure.

As a contractor of Live Well Therapy, you’ll receive: 

– A steady flow of client referrals
– Access to our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth portal and EHR
– Marketing and administrative support – we handle outreach and branding so you can focus on care
– One-on-one professional coaching and mentorship with Rachael, owner and clinical leader
– Collaborative support from a team that values your growth, balance, and well-being 

What We’re Looking For 

– Licensed Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker (LPC, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, or related license) in the state of Kansas
– Passion for working with children, families, and/or adults in a telehealth setting
– Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
– Ability to provide a warm, supportive virtual experience for clients

Compensation
– Competitive pay structure based on experience and licensure
– Percentage-based or per-session rate (discussed during interview)
– All marketing, tech, and patient portal costs covered by Live Well Therapy
